We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the workshop, engaging with workshop leaders and other key stakeholders to drive business success.

  • Process and manage timesheets, daily activity sheets and work orders efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and records.
  • Provide administrative support to the workshop team, including general administration duties.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives through effective collaboration and communication.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in administration, preferably in a construction or related industry.
  • A current Queensland Driver Licence.
  • An Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Systems.
  • Proven experience providing efficient administration support to leaders and teams.
  • The ability to work effectively within established systems and procedures.
  • Strong data input skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent documentation skills, producing high-quality documents under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the civil construction industry is desirable.
