About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a passionate and skilled educator to join our team as a Lead Early Childhood Teacher at our new 90-place centre. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality early learning programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.

As a leader in our team, you'll work closely with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Lead and collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Cultivate strong relationships with children, families, and community partners
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and inclusion
Requirements
  • University qualifications in Early Childhood Education and registration with NESA
  • Demonstrated expertise in inclusive pedagogy and commitment to diversity and equity
  • Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
