We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Semaphore Park.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced educator to lead our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programs.
Key Responsibilities- To work collaboratively with centre leaders to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families;
- To provide guidance and support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge in early childhood education;
- To promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in educational practice within the centre;
- To collaborate with centre leaders to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children;
We offer a competitive salary package including:
- A salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience);

Please note that this role requires you to have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent.
