About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced educator to lead our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work collaboratively with centre leaders to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families;
  • To provide guidance and support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge in early childhood education;
  • To promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in educational practice within the centre;
  • To collaborate with centre leaders to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children;

  • A salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience);

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Current SA Working with Children Check;

Please note that this role requires you to have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent.
