Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary of $72,500 per annum, which is 5% above the award rate. In addition to this, you'll enjoy a range of employee benefits including health insurance, travel and accommodation deals, and exclusive discounts on technology and retail products.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator at Goodstart Queens Park, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our children. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Observing, informing, and continuously improving our educational programs
  • Leading a team of passionate educators within your room
  • Planning and implementing innovative and high-quality educational programs for each individual child
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised qualifications)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing
  • Past experience in a Senior Educator role or leadership position
