Role Summary:
Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Port Macquarie. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
About the Role:
As a Goodstart Educator, you will work closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. Your expertise in early childhood education will ensure that every child feels valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and education to our children
• Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the needs of our children
• Collaborate with our team to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and children to ensure a smooth and seamless transition

Requirements:
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
