Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a trade background and extensive experience in volume/production residential construction.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the site, managing a team of Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors to deliver homes on time and to quality standards.

  • Manage daily site activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with Tradespeople and Contractors to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety on site.
  • Ensure effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Trade background and extensive experience in residential construction.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.
  • Drivers Licence.
