Hays has partnered with a leading Group Training Organisation in Queensland seeking a permanent Recruitment and Project Team Leader to join and be part of an organisation who is helping to change lives, create careers, and build sustainable communities.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, your role undertakes responsibility for moderately complex projects, including the planning, co-ordination, implementation and administration.

A few key responsibilities include:

- Demonstrated ability to successfully market and promote services amongst the wider community
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with both internal and external clients evidenced by example.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed administrative tasks with accuracy and rapidity.
- Possession of high-level negotiation, organisational and motivational skills together with demonstrated ability to work in a "team" environment.
- Evidence of a basic understanding of Human Resource Management issues including: - Occupational Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti Discrimination, Industrial Relation and Privacy

**What you'll need to succeed**

As a Recruitment and Project Team Leader, you will have:

- A "C" Class driving licence, travel will be required throughout the region
- Ability to set priorities and monitor workflow in the areas of responsibility and exercise judgement and initiative where procedures are not clearly defined.
- Able to undertake duties that require knowledge of procedures, guidelines and/or statutory requirements relevant to the organisation.
