- Case management and administration
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaborating with clients, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts
- Conducting assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An allied health qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current professional registration with the relevant governing body
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A passion for injury prevention and return-to-work initiatives
- Energy and drive to grow our services
- A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle
