We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This role involves collaborating with clients, insurers, employers, and medical practitioners to provide expert guidance and support to individuals facing work-related injuries or illnesses.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments of clients' needs and developing customized rehabilitation plans, providing advice and support, developing positive relationships, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and keeping accurate records of clients' progress.
A degree in occupational therapy, psychology, exercise physiology, physiotherapy, social work, or rehabilitation counselling is required, along with working towards full registration with relevant authorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, a positive attitude, and a valid driver's license are also essential.
