About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our successful, multi-disciplinary team.

The role involves assisting injured people in returning to work, delivering counselling to those grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances, conducting assessments to guide individuals toward their new career, working with treatment providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients, and collaborating with colleagues to develop strategies and best practices for case management.

Opportunities exist for consultants interested in delivering specialised services for complex needs cases, as well as less experienced consultants looking to make a start in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be qualified as a Rehabilitation Counsellor with full ASORC or RCAA membership; OR Registered psychologist with full AHPRA reg.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Interest or experience in vocational rehabilitation service provision;
  • Current Police Clearance;
  • Working with Children Check;
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem solving;
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach.
