About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced restaurant manager to join our team at Fratelli Fresh Miranda. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the success of one of Australia's leading hospitality groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer feedback and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • A deep understanding of profit measures, cost management, and productivity improvement techniques.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
