About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our restaurant teams and deliver exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • A strong understanding of profit measures, cost control, and inventory management
  • Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday shifts, with rotating hours
