Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or junior management role, either within or outside the hospitality industry. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A willingness to lead by example and develop a high-performing team
  • A passion for recruiting, training, and developing future leaders within the business
  • Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday shifts, with hours rotated depending on availability
