Sydney is home to some of the world's best restaurants, and Saké Restaurant & Bar is no exception. We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Section Waiters, Runners, and Hosts to join our team.

As a member of our prestigious dining team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our discerning guests. Our restaurant offers an extensive menu featuring the finest Japanese cuisine, with a focus on premium quality ingredients and expert preparation.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a minimum estimated $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a premium dining environment as a Section Waiter, Runner, or Host.
  • A proven ability to deliver impeccable service, with attention to detail and a consistent sequence of service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a refined sense of presentation.
  • Availability for minimum 20 hours per week, including Friday and Saturday evening services.
  • A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Basic proficiency in Japanese (preferred, but not essential).
  • WSET Wine & Sake certification (highly desirable).
