Job Overview

The IT Manager will oversee and maintain all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. This includes providing day-to-day IT support to staff, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure on-premises and cloud-based.
  • Provide IT support to staff, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
  • Oversee ERP systems, databases, and software applications used across production, sales, and admin with a focus on driving efficiency initiatives through standardization.
  • Prioritize proposing new systems that could enhance the business's tech stack and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure cybersecurity policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place and up to date.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for hardware, software, and managed service requirements.
  • Lead IT projects to support business improvements, system upgrades, and automation opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity through technology.
Requirements:
  • Ideal experience: 2-3 years in a similar position previously, allowing you to implement tried-and-tested processes.
  • Previous IT Management/Leadership experience and a desire to continue in this role, working directly with business owners/leaders.
  • Able to demonstrate building out policies and procedures, specifically in Cyber Security and other areas - IT relevant.
  • Able and willing to be proactive.
