We are seeking a dynamic and influential
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead CCV into its next chapter of growth and advocacy. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic leadership, drive effective government and stakeholder engagement, and ensure CCV delivers maximum value to its members.
The Opportunity
As CEO you will:
- Shape and execute CCV's long-term strategic direction.
- Be the public voice of CCV, representing the industry with government, regulators and media.
- Strengthen partnerships with member clubs, corporate partners, industry stakeholders, state & national associations.
- Ensure the financial and organisational sustainability of CCV.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a strong values-based culture.
About You
We are seeking an outstanding leader who can demonstrate:
- Proven executive leadership experience (CEO, GM, or senior executive level).
- Strong background in advocacy, government relations, or public policy.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and media skills.
- Commercial and financial acumen with a track record of organisational performance.
- Experience in member-based, not-for-profit, or regulated sectors (hospitality or clubs advantageous).
- Tertiary qualifications in business, law, policy, or a related discipline.
You will be a proven leader with the credibility, strategic insight, and advocacy skills to influence stakeholders, represent members effectively, and deliver strong outcomes for the industry.
