    Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of custom industrial air movement solutions, serving sectors such as mining, energy, and water treatment. With a state-of-the-art facility in Melbourne, they design and build high-performance fans and blowers for global markets.

    Job Description
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering and manufacturing projects, from concept to completion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and technical excellence.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with precision and accountability.
    • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
    • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
    • Prepare and present project performance reports to senior leadership.
    • Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
    • Champion continuous improvement in project delivery, leveraging lean and agile principles.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Project Manager Should Have
    • Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
    • Proven track record managing technical projects in industrial environments.
    • Strong command of project planning, budgeting, and resource coordination.
    • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Proficient with project tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP).
    • Results-driven with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
