Marketing Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns to drive business growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at MYOB - Flare, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the benefits and onboarding solutions industry. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing integrated campaigns to increase the number of benefits members through our partner network.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the entire acquisition funnel to ensure high conversion rates and seamless customer experience.
- Designing, launching, and managing campaigns across multiple channels to increase app adoption rate and ongoing app engagement.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities for partners to improve benefits adoption with their employers, working closely with sales, product, and partnership teams to create compelling value propositions and marketing strategies.
- Using data analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize the sales funnel for maximum impact.
- Implementing A/B testing and other performance experiments to improve messaging, channel effectiveness, and overall campaign results across various segments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years in growth marketing with core responsibility for commercial, growth outcomes.
- A strong understanding of performance marketing channels, including email marketing, paid search, social media advertising, and app marketing.
- Highly technical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Experience in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
