
Equipment Fleet Optimization Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the planning and scheduling of equipment maintenance activities.
\In addition, the Field Service Maintenance Administration Officer will be responsible for managing the rostering of the Field Service team, verifying and approving employee timesheets, and ensuring equipment fleet achieves maximum availability in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
\This involves working closely with the operations team to optimize maintenance strategies and improve overall productivity.
\Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential in building strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
\As a key member of the Asset Management division, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that drive business growth and success.
