Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Https:/calibrx.com/sitemap. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with vendors and customers, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our Salesforce services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold outreach and networking events.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, and articulate how our Salesforce services can address them.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, sales leaders, and marketing professionals.
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation of all activities.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, messaging, and materials that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the CRM and marketing automation space to position our services and differentiate ourselves in the market effectively.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation activities, pipeline development, and conversion rates, to measure progress towards sales goals and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in services sales, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation ecosystems, with specific expertise in Salesforce highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects and clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
