Lead Talent Potential Portfolio

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Talent Potential practice area.

  • About the Role
  • As a Practice Lead for our Talent Potential portfolio, you will work closely with the Culture and Capability business unit, People and Culture division, leaders, and stakeholders to lead an integrated portfolio that supports our mission to become an Employer of Choice.
  • You will strategically and innovatively lead the Talent Potential portfolio, coaching, developing, and monitoring the performance of culture and capability practitioners while collaborating across practice areas and the broader People & Culture team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as a senior specialist leading people and culture initiatives end-to-end.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, organizational design, and people/employee value propositions.
  • Cultivate strengths in coaching, developing capabilities, and leading specialist practitioners.
  • Design customer-centric solutions with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
