Job Title: Talent Development Specialist
Job Description:The Talent Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing expert human resources advice and support to management and staff on key establishment management, recruitment and selection processes, employee relations matters, performance management issues, and relevant HR legislation, directives, policies, and delegations.
This includes leading the delivery of high-quality HR data analysis and reporting to inform workforce management decisions, maintaining up-to-date systems, and advising clients and stakeholders through the maintenance of HR information in SAP and other platforms.
The successful candidate will prepare and present high-quality reports, organisational charts, dashboards, correspondence, and briefing notes on a range of HR metrics and workforce management matters.
Additionally, this role involves contributing to the development and implementation of innovative and practical HR solutions and initiatives to address emerging HR issues.
Representing the division on departmental communities of practice, HR working groups, and projects is also a crucial aspect of this position, ensuring Translink's position is communicated and needs are addressed.
