Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished business strategist to collaborate with our customers and drive success for their Salesforce implementations.

This role will involve working closely with key stakeholders, understanding their top business goals and priorities, and developing comprehensive solutions that meet their needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering timely, proactive recommendations that enhance customers' ongoing usage of the Platform product suite.

As a trusted advisor, they will work seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to drive solution success for customers, including technical product enablement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and becoming an expert on customers' implementations by knowing their top business goals and priorities.
  • Helping customers achieve their business goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations that will benefit their ongoing usage of Salesforce relating to the Platform product suite.
  • Attaining Trusted Advisor status with both key business and technical decision-makers.
  • Working collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to drive solution success for customers, including technical product enablement.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience deploying applications on Heroku.
  • Relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Technical Sales, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Technology Solutions Development, Technical and/or Solutions Architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Aptitude for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, and for mapping business requirements into technical features.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Thorough familiarity with database, application, and network technologies used in cloud computing.
  • Consultative selling skills, deep understanding of driving discovery cycles to identify customer business and technical requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile/dynamic environment and role, often working independently to achieve customer success.
