Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client engagements across various industries, developing strategies and programs that unlock client value. Your expertise in leveraging data and technology solutions will be instrumental in driving business success.

  • Lead client engagements across multiple industries and problem statements.
  • Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders.

Team Collaboration & Culture

You will work closely with internal Mastercard stakeholders, including Product and Business Development teams, to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital. As a collaborative leader, you will provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple consulting engagements involving structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
