Senior Business Partner Opportunity

As a seasoned business professional, we are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a senior business partner. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage commercial acumen and communications expertise to drive business growth.

  • Develop innovative strategies that align with clients' objectives, harnessing market insights and data to inform decision-making.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops and strategic planning sessions with clients, working closely with the Head of Strategy and other team members.
  • Provide expert guidance on new approaches to meet client goals, challenging conventional thinking when necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact and advocate for their interests.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by deeply understanding client needs, priorities, and challenges.
  • Offer strategic counsel that enhances client trust and positions our organization as a valuable partner.
  • Lead internal and freelance teams to ensure strategies are understood and delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • Take ownership of project management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful outcomes.
  • Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and desk research to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for clients.
  • Utilize generative AI tools to gather insights and support the strategy development process.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years of experience working in communications or a similar field.
  • 2+ years of delivering strategic consultancy.
  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Media Relations, Project Management, or a related field (advantageous).
  • A proven track record of coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously, with excellent leadership skills.
  • A keen interest in exploring new tools and technologies to expand capabilities and improve the strategy development process.
