**Job Summary**
The Administration Officer will support the Assistant Principal - Administration and Projects, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and procedures. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist the Assistant Principal in coordinating administrative tasks and projects* Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and performing data entry* Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures to improve productivity and workflow* Collaborate with staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination*
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Working with Children Blue Card
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
