As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents during meal service times, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in the daily preparation of meals, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Deliver food and beverages to residents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Follow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices, maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

  • A friendly and warm personality, with a passion for building relationships and chatting with residents.
  • Experience in a fast-paced hospitality, fine dining restaurant or customer service environment.
  • Current Police check (required, but we can complete for you).
  • Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required).
