  • GENERATE NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES VIA COLD CALLING, DOOR KNOCKING, AND TARGETED LETTERBOX DROPS
  • ASSIST LANDLORDS WITH COMMUNICATION AND ENSURE PROPERTIES ARE PRESENTED AT THEIR BEST FOR THE MARKET
  • COLLABORATE CLOSELY WITH THE LEASING TEAM TO FACILITATE A SEAMLESS LEASING PROCESS
  • MANAGE SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING EFFORTS TO ENHANCE PROPERTY VISIBILITY AND BRAND PRESENCE
  • CONDUCT PROPERTY APPOINTMENTS AND APPRAISALS TO SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF NEW BUSINESS FOR THE DEPARTMENT
