We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated nursing professional to provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as required.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding a resident's condition to ensure timely interventions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure open and transparent communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current registration with the relevant health practitioner regulatory agency.
- Experience in aged care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
