We are seeking a qualified Healthcare Professional to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This is a full-time role, and successful applicants will be expected to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of patients to identify and address their specific needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in consultation with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Continuously assess and monitor patients' conditions to provide timely interventions and ensure optimal recovery.
- Collaborate with medical officers to provide high-quality patient care and address any concerns or changes in patient status.
- Identify and implement discharge-planning requirements to ensure smooth transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Recent experience in a perioperative setting, preferably with a focus on anaesthetics, scrub scouting, or recovery.
- Relevant post-registration qualification or equivalent experience.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to work collaboratively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.
- Registered Nurse authorized to practice by the relevant governing body.
