Home Support Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to provide in-home support services to our valued clients.

This role involves providing high quality care and support to enable our clients to live independently in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
  • Assisting with domestic tasks such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
  • Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support or equivalent
  • At least one year's experience in Community, Aged, Disability or Health care
  • Current and clear Criminal Record Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Reliable, registered and fully-insured vehicle
  • Smartphone with internet access
