This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to women's health by delivering high-quality imaging services.
About The PositionThe successful candidate will join our team, working one day per week on Saturdays. They will be responsible for performing screening mammography and participating in breast cancer detection initiatives.
We welcome applications from qualified Radiographers and Mammography Practitioners. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive orientation, guidance from a designated professional, and access to in-house training delivered by certified tutors.
Requirements- Applicants must be female – exemption claimed under relevant legislation.
- Relevant qualifications in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent/Graduate Diploma of Mammography/Certificate of Mammographic Practice (CMP) or willingness to complete.
- Registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner – Diagnostic Radiographer (General or Mammography registration) with the relevant authority.
- Current EPA IA 14M/IA 14 radiation licence.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
- Availability to work away on mobile screening vans for up to 6 days at a time.
