About the RoleThis is a full-time hourly role based on day shift patterns. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Manager to deliver human resources support to our Fulfilment Centre associates.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have a keen eye for detail.
This position will be based at our Brisbane location, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide human resources support across a broad range of topics including benefits, payroll, and employee relations.
- Manage cases, projects, and partner relationships with varying degrees of complexity.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for employees.
- Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for customers, escalating issues as necessary.
- Deliver training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to customers and team members.
- Create and distribute standard communications.
- Audit and analyse key findings.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Develop suggestions for improvements to maximise resource value.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school or equivalent qualification.
- 6+ months of Human Resource experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
