About The Next Step

At The Next Step, we are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in the onboarding process, ensuring that all new employees have a smooth transition into our organization.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR skills and experience working in a dynamic environment.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the onboarding process, including offer letters, contracts, and documentation.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining pre-employment and medical checks, as well as ensuring the status of new and existing employees certification records are up to date.

In this role, you will work closely with other members of the HR team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and provide guidance on onboarding procedures to employees.

We are looking for someone with previous HR coordination or administrative experience within a corporate office. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
