Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
Decmil seeks an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to assist in the coordination and administration of various HR activities. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of human resource actions and operational requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
About the Role
This position reports to the Regional People & Culture Manager and is responsible for providing administrative support in the coordination of HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the coordination of recruitment and selection processes;
- Providing administrative support in the management of employee data and records;
- Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation processes;
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- Assisting in the coordination of employee performance management and development activities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Strong organizational and administrative skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
