Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

This role plays a critical part in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.

  • Maintain a proactive sales pipeline using CRM tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and presentations with key stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored quotations, service proposals, and capability statements in response to client requirements, tender invitations, or general enquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience preparing and presenting quotes, tenders, or client proposals in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with cold chain logistics, cold storage or the broader transport sector is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and capability statements.
