About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Media Manager, where you will have the chance to develop winning strategies and drive digital media excellence to impact brand outcomes.
The successful candidate will directly report to a Director, Analytics and Insights, Media Operations and will be responsible for envisioning digital media and data strategy for ANZ in partnership with the country Senior Vice President and Brand Function Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
- Envision digital media & data strategy for ANZ with the country Senior Vice President and Brand Function Vice President
- Build and define media strategy in ANZ in partnership with Brand and local media agencies – both strategically (Platform choice, Data Strategy) and tactically (Ongoing optimization, Data activation)
- Create media innovative master plans & Test/Learn program, define big ideas in line with business priority, track and, upon pilot outcomes, propose expand/stop across the ANZ organization and beyond
- Operationalize Digital command center – i.e., Day to day support across P&G portfolio and Weekly optimization of Buy, Creative, working with all internal Brands and Agency partner, to drive agile decision
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Media or Communications or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Digital media strategy and execution with a strong understanding of Australian digital and media landscape.
- Digital hands on operations experience – Google Adwords, FB Business Manager, DV360, Tagging Operation, etc.
- Strong leadership and influencing skill to deliver strategic media thinking for internal stakeholders, including Brand Managers, Regional Brand Directors, Category/Country Vice President.
- Demonstrate ability to lead change and drive new innovation in media space
- Able to manage multiple internal clients and self-navigate, operate in a fast-moving environment
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
