Financial Operations Manager

About the Role
Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management accounting and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of accurate and timely month-end processing, including detailed analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide information to external auditors for annual statutory accounts.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, General Ledger, IT, and the Reception Team.
Present monthly financial results to the senior management team.
Ensure BAS/GST compliance.
Prepare Aged Care Compliance Reporting on a quarterly and annual basis.
What you'll bring to the team
To be successful in this role, you will hold degree-level qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent. You will have excellent communication skills, be a collaborative problem solver, and have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in similar tasks.
