We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Support Worker to join our team in supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives. This role involves providing personal care, assistance with community access, and recreational activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum Certificate III Aged Care and/or Certificate in Disability
- Hands-on experience in manual handling
- An understanding of the disability sector and person-centered support
- Transferable life/work skills along with a caring and compassionate approach
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent communication skills

Additional InformationThis role is located in Melbourne and surrounding areas. The successful applicant will need to hold a current Working with Children check and possess competent computer skills.
