At 9D Care, we provide personalized support to enable individuals with disabilities to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. We are seeking Support Workers who can provide practical and emotional assistance to our clients.

The Opportunity:

This is a casual role based in Epping VIC. As a Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your working hours and make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

About You:

We require our Support Workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who can provide quality care. Your skills and experience should include:

  • A can-do attitude and genuine interest in helping others
  • Experience in providing hygiene assistance and commitment to care
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in communication

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services or equivalent
  • A current National Police Certificate
  • Open Valid Driver License and your own, reliable vehicle
  • At least one year of experience supporting someone with complex disabilities and behaviors of concern
  • Current First aid Certificate Smart Phone and internet access
