Job Description

Talent Operations Manager at a global technology firm.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator or operations manager to lead our Talent Operations team.

This role will be responsible for coordinating the approval of roles and candidates, administering testing, responding to candidate queries and maintaining candidate records.

You will foster relationships with internal stakeholders and proactively communicate workload levels to manage expectations as well as listening and responding to those stakeholders' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Talent Operations team to ensure operational objectives are met in terms of turnaround times and quality.
  • Coordinate the approval of roles and candidates, administer testing, respond to candidate queries and maintain candidate records.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other internal stakeholders to achieve team goals.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • A strong background in project coordination or operations management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • The ability to digest information analytically and think objectively.
  • Previous experience using a CRM system.
  • Intelligent, outgoing and passionate about optimizing operations, quality and service.
