Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of logistics services for all contracted customers.
">Set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
">Manage site profitability and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
">Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
">Maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation.
">Foster a positive workplace culture and develop team capability.
">Ensure compliance with EHS, financial, and operational controls.
">Analyse site P&L and initiate corrective actions where needed.
">Champion a safety-first culture and high-performance ethos.
">Drive succession planning and talent development.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.
">Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations.
">Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.
">Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
