Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items to the highest standards in accordance with established menu plans, recipes, and food safety plans.
  • Implement and oversee quality of production and preservation, operating, payroll, and food costs, sanitation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in menu planning and restaurant concept development to maintain product quality and maximise covers/revenue.
  • Evaluate the performance of direct reports and provide mentorship to enhance each team member's growth.

You are a motivational leader with several years of experience in culinary management of a large brigade. You will be able to demonstrate strategic planning, resource management, and cost control while keeping the guest experience at the heart of what we do.
