Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at the Albion Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes.
  • Support the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  • Create and manage staff rosters.
  • Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
  • Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture.
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Trade Cooking qualifications.
