We are a top-tier team in Business Restructuring, working closely with companies facing complex problems to find creative solutions, restructure and stabilise the business and recover value on behalf of stakeholders.

We work across a variety of industries and no situation is the same. We seek Associate / Manager's to join our Brisbane team who will:

  • work closely with clients to develop and deliver restructuring strategies
  • be part of an engagement team, working across multiple workstreams
  • analyse financial information, diagnose issues and prepare recommendations for clients
  • help clients evaluate and understand their business performance and position
  • implement solutions that address varied challenges, including selling assets and businesses, reorganising capital structures or trading on businesses
  • participate in professional development initiatives and expand their network
  • collaborate with the team to deliver innovative solutions for clients
  • continue learning through internal and external training opportunities and support team development through coaching and mentoring

What we look for

  • professionally qualified or studying (CA or CPA) with a minimum of three years' experience in restructuring, audit or other commercial background
  • curiosity, empathy, integrity and strong interpersonal qualities
  • tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance and expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • a desire to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • structured problem-solving skills
  • organisation and project management skills
  • experience in fast-paced environments
  • strong commercial acumen
  • willingness to travel as needed
