Requirements and Qualifications
">We require a degree in a relevant business or engineering field or equivalent experience in high-paced operational environments.
">Familiarity with business improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is essential.
">Proven track record in business improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement leadership roles.
">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and facilitate process maps.
