Customer Service Representative - Full Time

We are looking for a committed Contact Centre Representative to become part of our Melbourne team. This position involves managing 30-40 inbound and outbound communications daily, resolving customer inquiries related to billing discrepancies and various technical matters. You will utilize the Pronto system to generate purchase orders, oversee accounts payable, and ensure effective communication with our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage 30-40 inbound and outbound calls daily in a dynamic environment.
  • Address and resolve issues concerning billing errors, malfunctioning alarms, and other technical inquiries.
  • Utilize the Pronto system for managing accounts payable, creating purchase orders, and maintaining precise records.
  • Communicate effectively with blue-collar customers and tradespeople.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve daily objectives and uphold high service standards.
  • Efficiently manage your time to ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled within designated timeframes.
  • Maintain a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute to keep pace with the fast environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a contact centre or similar fast-paced setting.
  • A technical aptitude with the capability to understand and resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the Pronto system and experience in generating purchase orders is advantageous.
  • Must successfully complete a medical evaluation (including drug and alcohol testing) and a national background check.
