**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Operations Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in management.

About the Role

  • Lead the planning and control of allocated projects, ensuring completion within time and cost constraints.
  • Develop, review, and manage construction planning, monitoring progress to ensure projects are on schedule.
  • Liaise with Project Managers to coordinate construction activities and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Authorise and oversee construction planning, programming, cost, time, quality, purchasing, contract administration, and subcontractor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' management experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience working with different clients and stakeholders.
  • Construction General Safety Induction card.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, especially with respect to safety.
