About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team at ProCare Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in championing clinical excellence and driving consistent, informed practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting all clinical governance aspects across our organization's support services. This will include providing clinical advice on policies and procedures, projects, reports, and data interpretation that will contribute to quality improvement processes, risk management systems, and the overarching clinical governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing operational procedures that impact on activities undertaken and outcomes achieved by the organization and/or activities undertaken by sections of the community served by the organization.
  • Decision-making and the provision of expert advice to other areas of the organization.
  • Developing and implementing organizational or system-level clinical governance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare Studies, or any relevant degree with substantial experience in a similar role.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of successfully developing and implementing organizational or system-level clinical governance.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and engaging accreditation processes.

Additional Requirements:

  • Current NT drivers license
  • Current Working With Children Check (Ochre Card), or ability to obtain
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or have unlimited work rights within Australia.
