About the Role

ProCare Australia is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Advisor to join our team in Darwin, NT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in championing clinical excellence and driving consistent, informed practice across our support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support all clinical governance aspects across our organization's support services.
  • Provide clinical advice on policies and procedures, projects, reports, and data interpretation to contribute to quality improvement processes, risk management systems, and our overarching clinical governance framework.
  • Establish operational procedures that impact on activities undertaken and outcomes achieved by our organization and/or activities undertaken by sections of the community served by our organization.
  • Make decisions and provide expert advice to other areas of our organization.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare Studies, or Men's Family Violence with substantial experience in a similar role.
  • A comprehensive knowledge and knowledge of successfully developing and implementing organizational or system-level clinical governance.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and engaging accreditation processes.
Additional Requirements
  • Current QLD class C driver's license, transferred to NT license once relocated.
  • Current Working With Children Check (Ochre Card), or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or have unlimited work rights within Australia.
