Key Responsibilities- Oversee and support all clinical governance aspects across our organization's support services.
- Provide clinical advice on policies and procedures, projects, reports, and data interpretation to contribute to quality improvement processes, risk management systems, and our overarching clinical governance framework.
- Establish operational procedures that impact on activities undertaken and outcomes achieved by our organization and/or activities undertaken by sections of the community served by our organization.
- Make decisions and provide expert advice to other areas of our organization.
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare Studies, or Men's Family Violence with substantial experience in a similar role.
- A comprehensive knowledge and knowledge of successfully developing and implementing organizational or system-level clinical governance.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and engaging accreditation processes.
- Current QLD class C driver's license, transferred to NT license once relocated.
- Current Working With Children Check (Ochre Card), or ability to obtain.
- Ability to pass a National Police Check.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or have unlimited work rights within Australia.
- Base Salary SCHADS Level 7 Above Award $116, % leave loading (salary packaging available).
- 6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading + 2 weeks personal leave.
